    Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan Gerakan Literasi Baca-Tulis (GLBT) di SMA Al-Qomariyah Kabupaten Garut. Penelitian kualitatif ini menggunakan metode studi kasus (case study) melalui teknik observasi, dokumentasi, wawancara, kuesioner, riset terfokus, dan telaah data sekunder dari berbagai sumber yang relevan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa SMA Al-Qomariyah Kabupaten Garut telah melaksanakan GLBT secara terbatas meliputi tahap pendahuluan, pembiasaan, pengembangan, pembelajaran, dan evaluasi. Dari seluruh tahapan, ditemukan beberapa kendala yaitu keterbatasan fasilitas perpustakaan, keterbatasan sumber bacaan, dan keterbatasan anggaran. Adapun solusi untuk mengatasinya meliputi sosialisasi secara masif kepada siswa, menyusun dan mengirimkan proposal bantuan, optimalisasi peran perpustakaan, dan memperkuat sinergitas komite sekolah dengan masyarakat. Meski hasilnya belum optimal, tetapi program GLBT telah menjadi langkah awal demi membangun Ekosistem Sekolah Literat (ESL). Kata Kunci: literasi; perpustakaan; sumber bacaan

    Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui tingkat kerentanan dan kapasitas terhadap bahaya longsor. Unit analisis penelitian adalah 16 desa rawan bencana longsor yang terletak di bagian timur Kabupaten Bogor. Metode Spatial Multi Criteria Evaluation (SMCE) digunakan untuk menganalisis tingkat kerentanan. Hasil tingkat kerentanan kemudian diskenariokan kedalam lima jenis skenario yaitu skenario fisik, sosial, ekonomi, lingkungan dan equal. Hasil skenario menunjukan perbedaan zonasi tingkat kerentanan pada setiap skenarionya. Desa Sumurbatu tergolong sangat tidak rentan pada hampir semua skenario, Berbeda dengan Desa Sukamakmur, Pabuaran dan Wargajaya yang tergolong sangat rentan pada hampir semua skenario. Tingkat kapasitas dianalisis secara deskriptif sesuai data yang diperoleh dari informan kunci pada setiap desa di lapangan. Hasil penilaian tingkat kapasitas menunjukan semua desa memiliki sistem peringatan dini sederhana dalam bentuk kentungan/sirine. Tidak semua desa memiliki organisasi bencana serta jalur dan tempat evakuasi khusus. Disamping itu, masih terdapat pula desa yang belum pernah mendapatkan sosialisasi bencana

    Implementation of Regulation of The Minister of Religion Number 2 of 2012 for Islamic Education Supervisers at Schools in The Department of Education in Sukabumi Regency

    Regulation of the Minister of Religion (PMA) Number 2 of 2012 concerning Madrasah Supervisors and Supervisory Islamic Religious Education (PAI) at Schools, is a policy product issued by the Ministry of Religion which gave rise to a new nomenclature, amidst the regulations of School / Madrasah supervisors, namely supervisory functional positions. PAI on Schools. This regulation has implications for the implementation of PAI supervisor duties at schools. This research was motivated by the inadequate implementation of the activities of Islamic Education Supervisors at schools in the Sukabumi District Education Office. The focus of this research is the implementation of Regulation of the Minister of Religion (PMA) Number 2 of 2012 for Islamic Education supervisors at schools in the Sukabumi District Education Office. The purpose of this research is to find out about: 1) Implementation of PMA Number 2 of 2012 for PAI supervisors in the Education Office of Sukabumi Regency; 2) Problems faced by PAI supervisors at the Education Office of Sukabumi Regency in implementing PMA Number 2 of 2012, and 3) Efforts to improve in the future in implementing PMA Number 2 of 2012. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods, data collection was carried out through interviews, observation and documentation study. This is to make a systematic, factual and accurate description of the phenomenon under study. The results of the research findings show: 1) The implementation of PMA Number 2 of 2012 for PAI supervisors at the Education Office of Sukabumi Regency is not running optimally; 2) The root of the main problems faced by PAI supervisors: Policy standards; Budget; Psychological burden; Coordination; and performance appraisal. 3) Improvement efforts are made by: Directorate of PAI by compiling a draft revision of PMA Number 2 of 2012; The Sukabumi District Education Office issues a SK to assign a school supervisor to the PAI supervisor; The Ministry of Religion of Sukabumi Regency has substantially increased the pattern of guidance; PAI supervisors increase creativity and motivation in carrying out their duties and supervisory functions. Recommendations for this study are addressed to the PAI Directorate of the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia, in the form of: PMA Revision Number 2 of 2012 so that it is relevant to the regulations of school / madrasah supervisors; Review of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) supervisor nominations in schools; Adequacy of the budget for improving the quality of supervisors; and Strengthen coordination between related institutions

    This study aims to describe the implementation of quality standard-setting through the internal quality assurance system (SPMI) process, in improving the quality of input, process, output, and outcome of Higher Education. This is very important considering the performance problems of the study program is so complex, starting from student input, the learning process, meeting quality standards for higher education. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The technique of collecting data through observation, search documents and archives, and interviews. The results showed the existence of policies and concepts such as documents SPMI academic quality standards and document non-academic quality standards were drawn up by the Directorate of Quality Assurance (DPM) as a reference in formulating the quality standard at the level of the study program,  which coordinates with GPM and UPM in the process of determining, implementing, evaluating, controlling, and improving the quality standards of the study program.

    The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of kyai policies in improving teacher performance in Islamic boarding schools. The method used is a descriptive method as a problem-solving procedure which is investigated by describing or describing the condition of the subject or object of research (a person, institution, society, etc.) at the present time based on visible facts, or as it should be.     Salah satu hal yang membuat karya tulis berkualitas yakni berkaitan dengan unsur plagiasi yang sering terjadi akibat tidak menggunakan manajer referensi pada pengutipan. Dalam melakukan pengelolaan referensi yang bersumber dari buku ataupun jurnal, dapat dilakukan dengan bantuan beberapa software/aplikasi yang tersedia, seperti Mendeley. Adanya perangkat lunak seperti mendeley yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk membantu penulisan sitasi, membuat para penulis dapat mengolah dokumen referensi yang dimiliki. Berdasarkan hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan terlihat bahwa terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan dan kemampuan peserta terkait Aplikasi Mendeley sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan pelatihan. Namun demikian, dari segi kemampuan menginstall aplikasi di laptop dan Ms. Word serta menggunakan Aplikasi mendeley untuk membuat daftar pustaka beberapa peserta belum dapat menguasai secara maksimal (100%), sehingga harus tetap dibantu dan diarahkan walaupun pelatihan telah selesai dilaksanakan.     Accreditation policy is based on the principle that all citizens have the right to obtain a quality education. In order to hold quality education, every educational program should fulfill the standard of accreditation policies Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri. Hence, this research aimed (1) to investigate MTsN accreditation policy, (2) to investigate the implementation of MTsN accreditation policy, (3) to examine the monitoring and evaluation of MTsN accreditation policy, and (4) to examine creative and innovative ideas of the implementation of MTsN accreditation policy.     Management Of Continuing Professional Development On Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Teachers To Improve Pedagogic Competence

    To support the success of teachers, pedagogic competencies are required to be developed and carried out in a sustainable manner. The problem of teachers in the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) effort is faced with various problems that do not only come from the teachers themselves but also from other factors such as policies. This study aimed to obtain information focused on 1) CPD planning to improve pedagogic competence of MAN teachers; 2) Organizing CPD to improve the pedagogic competence of MAN teachers; 3) Implementation of CPD to improve pedagogic competence of MAN teachers; 4) Evaluation of CPD to improve pedagogic competence of MAN teachers. This study used Terry & Rue's Management theory, and Spencer's Theory of Pedagogic Competence and Longman's theory of professionalism. This study used a qualitative approach with a case study method. The technique and instrument of data collection used triangulation method. The data sources used were triangulation of sources namely Head of Education Office, Principal of MAN, Teachers, and members of MGMP. Based on the results, 1) CPD planning has not been fully prepared by the madrasah and teachers. CPD planning is only planned when the teachers will arrange the administrative equipment for promotion, so that it cannot be used as an effort to improve the pedagogic competence of teachers. 2) Organizing CPD has been carried out through the CPD team organized by the madrasah, but in reality, the CPD Team has not been able to fully improve the pedagogic competence of teachers. Thus, the organization has not run effectively in accordance with the applicable guidelines regarding CPD. 3) The implementation of CPD is more directed at efforts to fulfill administrative tasks where teachers are still constrained in the preparation of innovation works, self-development activities and scientific publications; 4) CPD evaluation based on self-evaluation cannot be used as a basis for continuous improvement of CPD. CPD evaluation has not been considered as important for teachers in improving pedagogic competence. Thus, it can be concluded that the CPD to improve the pedagogic competence of MAN teachers has been implemented based on existing regulations and is running in accordance with the CPD program guidelines, but has not shown maximum efforts to improve the pedagogic competence of teachers

    Abstract:This study aimed to obtain an overview of the Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition learning planning model to improve grade IX students' English reading skills at SMP Negeri 1 Jampang Tengah. The method used in this study was a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, and the research subjects were English teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Jampang Tengah. The data collection was done through document review, observation, and interviews. From the study results, it could be concluded that the Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition Model's learning planning activities consisted of making annual programs, semester programs, syllabus, and lesson plans. In principle, it was good and appropriate to make lesson plans with the school's provisions and guidelines. Therefore, it was believed to achieve the specified competency standards and improve reading skills in English.Abstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang perencanaan pembelajaran model Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition dalam meningkatkan keterampilan membaca bahasa Inggris siswa kelas IX di SMP Negeri 1 Jampang Tengah. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru bahasa Inggris di SMP Negeri 1 Jampang Tengah. Adapun Pengumpulan data dilakukankan melalui pengkajian dokumen, observasi dan wawancara. Dari hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan perencanaan pembelajaran model Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition terdiri dari pembuatan program tahunan, program semester, silabus dan RPP. Pada prinsipnya sudah baik dan sesuai dalam pembuatan perencanaan pembelajaran dengan ketentuan dan pedoman yang di tetapkan oleh pihak sekolah. Oleh karenanya, diyakini dapat mencapai standar kompetensi yang ditentukan dan dapat meningkatkan keterampilan membaca bahasa Inggris
